On Sunday, I decided to take a crack at making homemade strawberry freezer jam (recipe curtesy of Julie Brown). And, much to my suprise, I had much success! I was thrilled! I was slightly concerned because I didn't read the whole recipe, so therefor, I mixed the Surejell and water in with the big strawberry mix and then boiled instead of boiling the surejell and water seperate. But, it turned out delicious! Now we have plentiful freezer jam to last us a while! *editors note: This is not a picture of the freezer jam I made, this is off of google, but mine looks kind of like this and I had to have a picture *
